Taking the step to reach out isn’t always easy. Even when something is free, it still asks for your time, your openness, and your trust. I deeply respect that. My intention is to make this first experience as calm, safe, and supportive as possible — so you can truly sense whether this kind of healing feels right for you. What You’ll Experience You have two options, depending on what feels right for you: Meet & Greet (30 minutes) A simple, relaxed conversation to get to know each other. You can ask questions and get a feel for how I work. If you’d like, you can then follow up with a full free session. Full Havening Session ( 60 minutes) This is where you’ll experience Havening in action. Together, we can gently explore a challenge you bring — whether it’s stress, anxiety, or even a long-held trauma or phobia.
