Deepening Connection – Healing Circle

Trauma blocks love and connection.
Love and connection heal trauma.

This 6-week circle is a space of shared exploration - a gentle “lab” where we discover what truly supports healing.
I bring what I have learned and lived, and we explore together what supports you.
This is a shared, living process - where we can learn, explore, grow, and heal together.
While I bring what I have learned and lived, I am also part of what unfolds here.

Insight isn’t enough
real change happens in the body — and through connection

Together, we explore:
• how the nervous system shapes our experience 
• how we begin to see that nothing is wrong with us 
• how patterns form — and how they begin to shift 
• the power of attuned presence and connection 
• how the body can begin to soften, settle, and release stress 

Along the way, we explore simple, body-based practices
that support regulation, connection, and integration -
resources you can carry into your everyday life.

How the circle works
The first session is an introduction — a gentle taster.
It gives us the opportunity to experience the space together, to connect, and to sense whether this approach resonates.
From there, you can decide whether you would like to continue with the remaining 5-week journey.
Because this is a process that unfolds over time, the circle is not set up as a drop-in.

• are curious about a gentle, body-based approach to healing
