This 10 week class provides a safe space and easy to use tools to explore your inner landscape and build inner resources that help you to reclaim your joy, wholeness and feminine power.

Stay sane in a world that is falling apart
A great transformation begins when we treat ourselves with compassion, curiosity and respect. Self-acceptance and self-compassion will be a focus of our time together. Feeling good about who we are, feeling comfortable in our bodies is the source of true well-being.
What to expect A warm and welcoming environment, a safe space for exploration and growth.
A small group setting (not more than 6 participants) that allows us to connect with ourselves and each other on a deeper level.
We will use meditation, journaling, reflection, breathing, gentle movement and creative exploration as mediums to explore our inner landscape.
Slow paced - when we slow down we can discover more of what is going on inside of us and around us. Slowing down helps us to cultivate a calm, content and caring state of being.
Gentle approach - For many of us living with an open heart might not feel safe, being present in our bodies might not feel comfortable. We have shut down or armored up for good reasons. The problem is that those coping strategies limit our ability to live wholeheartedly. The box we are living in, the box we have built to protect ourselves is getting narrower and narrower over time. We might end up more anxious, rigid or isolated.

When The class will be held on Mondays, starting April 9th. There is a morning class from 10am - 12 noon, an afternoon class from 3pm - 5pm and an evening class from 7pm - 9pm
