IFS - Internal Family Systems
Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy is a therapeutic approach that views the mind as composed of multiple, distinct parts, each with its own perspectives and roles. It aims to bring harmony to these parts by identifying and healing wounded parts, while strengthening the core Self, which is seen as compassionate, curious, and capable of leading the internal family.
My Work
Im a Level 1 trained IFS facilitator.
In my work I create a safe space for common exploration. The answers lie within. That is what I have learned.
IFS has given me the tools to help my clients explore their inner world, connect with their inner wisdom and compassion and foster healing.
What I like about IFS:
  • it provides a non-pathologizing view of ourselves and the world in general.
  • though it is helpful and sometimes also necessary to have a well-trained facilitator or therapist, you can learn to do much on your own or with peers.
  • it provides a deep restructuring of our psyche towards healing and a general sense of well-being and aliveness.
  • its efficiency and effectiveness are outstanding for common struggles like depression, anxiety, addictions, PTSD and CPTSD.
  • It’s a psycho-spiritual modality addressing all levels of our existence; body, mind, and spirit.
IFS  Intuitive Drawing
IFS Intuitive Drawing fosters a creative way of working with parts by inviting them to express themselves on a paper.  Devised by Ruth Culver, it combines the IFS protocol with intuitive mark-making, using pastel crayons on paper.

For 20 years I have been offering workshops and classes first in Germany and then in Victoria, BC, Canada.
